Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible items, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing signs of use or installation
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Consumables (welding rods, drill bits, abrasives, safety gear once used)
- Custom or special-order items
Advance Payment
Cash on Delivery Advance: A Rs. 500 advance payment is required to confirm any Cash on Delivery (COD) order. This advance is non-refundable once the order is confirmed and dispatched, including in cases of order cancellation by the customer or refusal to accept delivery.
Refund Process
Once a returned item is inspected and approved, eligible refunds (excluding the non-refundable advance where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item for a replacement or refund.
